How Document Management Works
This is designed to give you an overview of the main
activities we do. If there is something you need to get done, but it’s not on this list, give us a call. We will happily discuss any other archiving and storage needs you may have and will help you to find a storage solution.
We hope that you find this guide useful. All the prices in our website are based on a standard sized box (details are in our Further Information page of what this is, and why it’s important). Other box sizes can be accommodated, but the impacts to StorGuard, and more importantly to you, are different and therefore different prices will apply.

1. Getting ready for archiving
You will need to prepare and label the information you want to store, so you know how to find it when you need it. This has both an administrative and physical element to it
We can help you to buy Standard Archive boxes and to organise your boxes and inventory ready for storage
2. Getting the full box to us
You can have them delivered to one of our sites, or we can collect them from location of your choice. Once we get them, we add the new box to inventory & put them into storage.
3. Retrieving your box
We can get your box back to you when you need it by a number of different routes. We can organise next day, same day and 2 hour emergency deliveries. We can also organise a 20 minute electronic response if you absolutely urgently need it now.
4. Getting rid of your boxes
Once you have finished with your documents, we can help you dispose of them. We can help with both the administrative element and the physical secure shredding of the contents.
